Project Brief & Deliverables

  • Concept: We were approached by a well known food chain who wanted to create a platform for their non profit educational program. The programme includes a variety of material, classroom instructions, environmental events and campaigns. All initiatives fall within the overall theme of health and sustainability, therefore promoting the business purpose of being a brand that inspires and cares for their people.
  • Problem Discovery: Being aware of the situation the schools have found themselves in during the pandemic, we started our research by doing interviews with existing users of the program; teachers. As a result, we got insight to some of the problems and highlights of the existing program, and we discovered some unique key features that the platform could offer to solve some real problems for the users.
  • Solution Discovery: In the beginning of our ideation phase we invited the main stakeholders to workshops, to draw the sitemap of the platform, and create the personas and their user cases. Once we begain to design the wireframes the concept of the platform was clear, and we did a few iterations to align the design with the company brand and user needs. We then handed over the design for build and the user testing for validation was be in the next phase of this product.
